Family learning

Here at Cherry Fold Primary School we work alongside Lancashire Adult Learning to promote learning and engagement together as a family, whilst developing new skills.

Some of the Family Learning Sessions run through school are: Lego Robotics, Ozobots, Puzzling Puzzles, Having Fun with Engineering, Cooking Meals on a Budget and Crafts plus many many more.

Please see below some of the pictures taken during our interactive sessions; all sessions are free and refreshments are provided.

Parents and children are rewarded with a joint certificate in assembly to celebrate their achievements together.

Below are some pictures of the amazing family workshops that we organise in school

We had the most amazing fun today with our parents and children. This was our first cooking session, families made Tuna Pasta Bake and Garlic Bread. Everyone had lots of fun and took their dishes home for their tea.
