    • Towneley Park Fun Run
      On Tuesday, some of our children took part in a 'Fun Run' at Towneley Park.
    • Town Hall Visit
      Mrs Moretta and 4 pupils visited the Town Hall this afternoon to sign the book of condolence to pay our respects to Her Majesty The Queen.
    • RE: State funeral / Public Holiday
      The official date of the State Funeral has now been confirmed as Monday, 19th September 2022. This day will be a bank holiday and school will be closed on this day as a mark of respect and in accordance with DfE guidelines.

    • Engineering Awards
      On Wednesday a group of children were invited to attend an award ceremony as they were winners of the Primary Engineering Project, 'If you were an Engineer, what would you do?'

      Children's University Eight of our children graduated and had a fantastic ceremony in their gowns and mortar boards this week.

      Reception children all walked to St Matthews church as part of their RE learning.

      This week we have had some new arrivals in school....year 2 have been hatching duck eggs!
    • Jubilee Day Update and Holiday Message!
    • Jubilee Day
      Jubilee day on Friday 27th May. A letter has been sent home today with more information about the activities we have planned in school. Children can come to school dressed in red, white or blue or in a royal costume with a £1 donation.
