SEND

Please see below for our policies regarding SEND pupils and our local offer.

Most of you will know who I am, but for those of you that don’t, my name is Miss Little and I have been SENCo (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator) since September 2015 and I work within our Inclusion Team.

I work throughout school on Monday mornings, Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s to ensure our children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) receive the additional support they require to succeed.

My role is to liaise with class teachers and LSA’s to ensure our children with SEND have access to different interventions and get additional support. I also liaise with parents about their child's progress and liaise with other professionals such as the Speech and Language service, Occupational Therapist, Educational Psychologist, Specialist Hearing Teachers and Visual Impairment Teachers to make sure our children have access to any support they require.
